InFlow Intimate Method Daily Practice

Modern pelvic floor training for women who want greater confidence, more pleasurable orgasmic experiences, restored sensation, postpartum recovery, and vitality.

This practice is a powerful full-body workout. You will build toned abdominal muscles and strong glutes as the movements activate the entire body through functional positions. Expect to break a sweat and feel your quads working. The training is physically demanding in an elegant way - exciting, effective, and designed to build strength while enhancing your stamina and control.

This daily practice is designed to be used as ongoing support for women attending in-person classes, or as an independent entry point for those exploring the method on their own, with or without a device, before entering the full program. It is for women seeking a modern, embodied approach to pelvic health and pleasure.

This practice blends precise pelvic floor activation with intentional movement in Kama Sutra–inspired positions. Unlike traditional Kegel exercises performed seated, the pelvic floor is trained in functional angles that mirror real-life intimate positions.

Beyond physical training, this method helps women move out of their heads and into their bodies. As movement becomes second nature, confidence becomes embodied and felt in connection with oneself and with a partner. Self-consciousness fades as the body learns how to move and receive pleasure with awareness.

In this curriculum you will receive two lessons that are designed to support you

before you dive into your daily practice.

These first two lessons will help you build understanding and awareness of the basic movements.

Once these concepts feel familiar in your body, you can move straight into the Daily Practice anytime without needing the review.

These lessons guide you through:

• What it means to properly contract (intentionally engage/activate/squeeze) and release your pelvic floor muscles (often referred to as Kegel muscles)
• Alignment for your standing series, which translates into all other positions within this method
• Basic hip movements that support every position we explore throughout the practice

These are foundational tools to get you aligned and ready to begin.
