I’m so excited to have you here.
In this course, you won’t find a library of choreographies. Instead, you’ll tap into something far more powerful - your authentic way of moving, your emotional landscape, and the language your body uses to communicate with you.
I recommend completing one exercise every other day. You’re welcome to scroll through the lessons and get a feel for what’s ahead but give yourself at least 1 to 2 days for what I call integration before moving on.
What is Integration?
Integration is the time your body and your internal world need to process what you just experienced.
It’s where the shift actually happens.
It’s the moment your system absorbs the movement, the awareness, the emotional release, the insight and begins weaving it into your daily life.
During integration, you may notice subtle changes in your mood, posture, confidence, presence, or the way you show up in your relationships and environment.
Pause, breathe, reflect, and give your body space to speak before diving into the next exploration.
Once you’ve completed all the movement practices, you can cycle through them in whatever order feels aligned for you. Trust your rhythm, trust your intuition, and trust what your body asks for.
Your access to this course is open for two months - take advantage of it, revisit the practices, explore deeply, and allow the shifts to unfold.
